Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data stays in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. Your invoice data never leaves your device.
Can I add my company logo?

Yes! Click the "Upload Logo" area in the From section. Supported formats are PNG and JPG, up to 2MB. Your logo will appear on the invoice preview and PDF.
How do I download my invoice as PDF?

Click the "Download PDF" button. A new window will open with your invoice formatted for printing. Use your browser's "Save as PDF" option in the print dialog (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P).
Can I save invoices for later?

Yes! Click "Save Invoice" to store it in your browser's local storage. You can load, edit, or delete saved invoices from the Settings panel. You can also export all invoices as a JSON file for backup.
What currencies are supported?

We support 14+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, AUD, CAD, CHF, BRL, KRW, RUB, SEK, PLN, and TRY. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown.
Can I customize the invoice appearance?

Yes! In the Settings panel, you can choose from 3 templates (Modern, Classic, Minimal) and pick a custom accent color to match your brand.
Will my saved invoices persist after closing the browser?

Yes, saved invoices are stored in your browser's localStorage and will persist until you clear your browser data. We recommend exporting important invoices as a JSON backup.

My Bill-Pro does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. The only browser storage used is localStorage for saving your invoices.

We use Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect anonymous usage data as described in their privacy policy. No other third-party services are used.
